We understand that travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that any third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
Some promotional or discounted bookings are classified as non-refundable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We encourage guests to carefully review all terms before confirming their booking.
If you wish to modify your reservation (such as changing dates or room types), kindly contact us. All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
